PARKER — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern the use of Parker, an AI-assisted operations system used by Saiyan Bullyz Kennel to support authorized business, content-management, analytics, publishing, and connected-service workflows.
By accessing or authorizing Parker to interact with a connected service, the account owner agrees to these Terms.
1. PURPOSE OF PARKER
Parker is an AI-assisted operations system designed to help Saiyan Bullyz Kennel organize information, prepare content, analyze authorized account information, coordinate supported business workflows, and carry out approved actions through connected services.
Parker may connect to third-party services such as social media platforms, analytics providers, business tools, and other authorized services.
2. AUTHORIZED USE
Parker may only access or act through accounts and services that have been properly connected and authorized by the account owner.
Connecting an account does not automatically authorize every available action.
Certain actions, including publishing content or making changes to connected services, may require additional review or authorization before execution.
3. CONNECTED SERVICES
Parker may integrate with third-party platforms including, where enabled:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Other authorized business or content services
Each third-party service may have its own terms, policies, permissions, restrictions, and technical requirements.
Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party platform terms and policies.
4. CONTENT AND PUBLISHING
The account owner remains responsible for content published through Parker.
Parker may assist with:
- Titles
- Descriptions
- Captions
- Hashtags
- Tags
- Content preparation
- Publishing settings
- Platform-specific formatting
- Scheduling or workflow preparation where supported
Where Parker provides a review-and-approval workflow, the account owner may review the proposed publishing package before authorizing the action.
5. AI-ASSISTED FEATURES
Parker uses AI-assisted systems to help interpret requests, organize information, analyze available data, generate recommendations, and prepare content or business workflows.
AI-generated or AI-assisted output may require human review.
The account owner is responsible for deciding whether generated content, recommendations, or proposed actions are appropriate for use.
6. ACCOUNT DATA AND PERMISSIONS
Parker may access information made available through permissions granted by the connected account owner.
The information Parker may access depends on the connected service and the permissions granted.
Parker does not claim ownership of content, accounts, or information belonging to the account owner or third-party platforms.
7. SECURITY AND CREDENTIALS
Authentication credentials, access tokens, and other sensitive authorization information are intended to be stored securely and are not intentionally displayed publicly.
Users should not publicly disclose access tokens, client secrets, passwords, or other sensitive credentials.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Connected platforms may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue APIs, permissions, features, or services at any time.
Parker cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
A feature may become unavailable if a connected provider changes its requirements or access policies.
9. LIMITATION OF AUTOMATION
Parker is intended to operate within configured permissions and authorization boundaries.
Parker should not be treated as having unlimited authority over connected accounts or services.
The account owner remains the final authority over business decisions and sensitive external actions.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Parker is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, or other third-party platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Third-party trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.
11. TERMINATION AND REVOCATION
The account owner may stop using Parker or revoke access to a connected service at any time through the applicable platform or account settings.
Revoking access may prevent Parker from accessing new information or performing future actions through that service.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These Terms may be updated as Parker's capabilities, connected services, or legal and operational requirements change.
The current version will be made available on this page.
